Canadian Film Online (CFO) is an interactive website devoted to the history of full-length feature filmmaking in Canada. The database contains records for over 4500 feature films made since 1960. It also provides summaries, commentaries, and interviews with people whose contributions to Canadian filmmaking have been significant.
Matrikon's executives wanted to update their site to cater to its diverse industrial clientele. The executives wished to expand the company's credibility throughout industry, by creating specific content portals.
In order to place a higher importance on the Industry portals, I reshaped the main page of the site. By placing the 'Discover' section on the page, and making it visually prominent, I was able to increase traffic by 400% to the Industry section within a 3 week period.

The Digital Literacy Centre, housed in the Faculty of Education at the University of British Columbia came looking for a substantial amount of work. The DLC wanted a complete redesign of their existing website, along with a content management system.
Working with Woodward Design, we created a new site design that married a corporate look with the ground breaking research being carried out by the centre. I implemented Drupal for the DLC and translated Woodward Design's mockup into Drupal's templating language.
